About

David offers a full service, client-first approach to real estate. He enjoys spending time with his clients, sharing his knowledge, insight, and experience, and empowering them to make their own educated decisions. He runs point when the time comes, and always works with his client’s best interest in mind.

David embraces technology and has a forward thinking approach. He understands the importance of being on the cutting edge, whether in creatively marketing a property to the masses, or helping clients use the latest online tools available. And all the while he maintains a strong personal connection that is so essential during the transaction process.

Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.  David is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and an avid surfer.

Growing up in the sleepy beach town of Aptos, CA, Devin moved to Santa Barbara in 2001 to attend UCSB.  Graduating four years later with his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, he began a ten year career with aerospace, windpower, and oil companies in Goleta and Carpinteria. 

Hungry for a new challenge, Devin earned his real estate salesperson's license taking night classes at SBCC.  After hanging up his calipers and pocket protector, he signed on with Village Properties.  As an agent, Devin is process-drive and solution-oriented, making sure his clients are covered from every angle and forming long lasting relationships with them.

During his downtime, Devin can be found running, surfing, or stocking up at the farmer's market.  In a true testament to his sales skills, he convinced his now-wife, Vivian, to marry him in 2013.  

Spending her childhood in Montecito and now raising a family in Santa Barbara since 2014, Teddy is intimately familiar with the areas that make up the region she has called home all her life; the ins and outs of all the different neighborhoods to meet every buyer’s check list.  Building on her family’s deep roots in the community; owning several successful businesses and world-renowned restaurants, Teddy is a pillar of knowledge, support and expertise.  She is deeply passionate about her hometown and welcoming her clients to enjoy the beauty and wonder she is so grateful to call home.

After graduating from the University of San Francisco with a BA in Psychology, Teddy taught Pilates for ten years.  Her honesty, dedication and charismatic demeanor are what made her clients keep coming back to her and in turn lead to a successful teaching career. Her psychology background and natural ability to connect and work intimately with people has helped her create and maintain long lasting relationships; skills and characteristics that are an integral part of helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. 

Teddy lives on the Riviera with her husband and three young daughters.  She is a proud member of the Women’s Auxiliary and in her spare time, enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, the urban hiking trails of her neighborhood, and cooking.
