MLS

I input the property into the Santa Barbara MLS, which automatically populates Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc.  So not only do all of the local agents see it, but so will anyone who uses those sites (over 90% of homebuyers).  Since Village Properties is the sole local affiliate for Christie's, your property will appear on their site, along with WSJ.com (Wall Street Journal), Juwai.com (prominent Asian site), and many more.

WEB

We craft custom websites for all our listings, so we control the presentation and appearance of the property.  Each custom website also gets a custom URL which we attach to all of our marketing materials, making it easy for a buyer to research the property regardless of where they see it first.  Some website examples:

SOCIAL MEDIA

I put a big emphasis on Instagram and Facebook, with photos, videos, and behind the scenes looks at our properties.  We also regularly run targeted ads on both platforms, aimed at buyers who fit an ideal profile, or people in areas we think could generate a buyer (LA, SF, East Coast, etc.).  Our efforts are magnified by the Village Properties accounts on these platforms. PRINT

We run a full page ad to announce new listings in the Santa Barbara News-Press, the go-to guide for locals who are in the market to buy.  Village Properties also runs two-page spreads with their agents' listings each week.  Each listing gets a custom-designed "Just Listed" postcard mailed to properties in close proximity, since it's common for neighbors or friends of neighbors to be interested in buying near by.  We have 4 full-time marketing people who create professional postcards, flyers, and ads for us so that your property is always shown in it's best light.  Here are a few examples for your reference:

As you can probably tell, we use top-rated photographers, videographers, and drone operators to create all of our content.  We pore over every detail to make sure we create maximum exposure for your property.
