What's New with Property Taxes

Hey everyone,

Santa Barbara has released some news that may bring you some relief! Property taxes will become delinquent after April 10th, however, homeowners have the option to fill out a penalty waiver that will be reviewed on a case by case basis and allow penalties to be waived for those individuals who are in need.
